2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

* The product or service was not delivered as described.

* Duplicate charges or billing errors occurred.


To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

* A description of the issue

* Supporting documentation (photos, screenshots, etc., if applicable)

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

* If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.


Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

* Suspension or termination of your account

* Restriction from future purchases

* Submission of evidence to your financial institution to contest the dispute


We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

Because our meals are freshly prepared and individually customized, refunds are issued at our discretion and may require product documentation.
